There are better ways to communicate, resulting in black-mailing students just because they need a job:

Always throwing their weight about thinking they are better then you, trying to enforce their ideology on your kids and the parents with threatening verbal over the phone referring you to. Council authorities think they can control you. Bunch off…. But hey ho. No email response as they fear accountability despite emailing in 4 times for a response. Pathetic. Just like the Liz in parliament.

I had a bad experience I took a 3 months course with them for an IT job. Most of the course work was about your behaviour in the work place not IT 20 % was IT related and these were basic stuff like hardware items. CPU, Monitor, Plug, RAM, Video cards and what are they and how they work. I wouldn’t recommend this at all if you have experience and life experience and qualifications above college level. I also asked if we will get jobs 25k plus but been advised “yes” but after the course finished the only jobs going was admin roles no more then 19k. That too was temporary contracts for 6 months. I recommend people go elsewhere. The qualification they provide (certificate) is not good and wont get you anywhere,
